View Full Version : Bone stock 09 Drag results
Took my speed3 to milan dragway today. Stock everything including the jack in the car and spare tire as well. 15k on original tires. There was a lot of people running today so I didn't get too many runs but here it is. was wondering how i stack up against bone stock ones. Also it was my first outing with the car.

I was also there to vouch and was the one recording everything. Give me a few days to make the vid and it will be up. I had my step dads 08 there with 2,000 miles. Just finished putting on a corksport shorty downpipe, AEM intake, and Forge BPV. My step dad has no driving skills (this is his first sport compact car). I ended up making 1 pass. Street tires and a full tank of gas. This was my first time ever dragging the car or ever racing it for that matter. Heres the breakdown.

13.9 is pretty good for bone stock. Your 60ft's are nice too. What did you launch at and what rpms were you shifting at in every gear?

He is probably still working so I will answer for him. WOT shifting at 5500 and the launch i believe was at 3500ish with a preload. Him and I both are pretty decent drivers (cabpatch) I am not modest

Thank you sir!
I think my step dad is having a mid life crisis problem lol he is 46
Whats cool about it is I get to build it with his money, I picked out the parts and wheels. I have a built k24 60-1 03 Civic Si and after the response we got with just an intake, dp, and bpv almost makes me want to sell it and buy one.

Im thinking about it, or just keep it and daily the ms3. It would be hard to sell it right now. Built hondas just arent selling like they used to.
