Anyone know where I can find the plastic splash guards or whatever they are called that go in the wheel wells? I'm trying to figure out ways to reduce road noise, so I want to put that stuff back in. Not sure if I should be posting this here...?

Thats a good plan. Didn't work out so well when I was looking for tails (wanted to charge me 200 for the pair) but maybe I could get these for cheap.
The regular proteges from 01-03 are the same in this respect too arent they?
