Making stock BPV adjustable?

Anybody try this yet? I may be definitely dating myself but, back in the day before widely available aftermarket BPV/BOVs, this is what we had to do. Anybody want to send me one to experiment on? (wiggle)

i don't think anyone has done this. I know someone had actually crushed one a bit. I guess it's an old dsm trick?

Predates that by a long way. This leaps us right back to the first EFI turbo Fords in the early 80s.
