Hello ....
Is it possible to raise the mpv to install bigger tires
Currently have stock [215/65/15] ... would like to change to 235/75/15
More aggressive tread .... is it possible ..and if so ... what do i need to do?
Any & all input greatly appreciated

Unless the ratio of the tires->rims are the same you'll have a problem with the speedometer being slightly off. Probably won't be a huge difference but it'll add up over time.
With the size you want to get would they be hitting the wheelwell at all? If they're significantly wider they'll limit the turning radius, and the only fix to that is spacers, with stock wheels would look ridiculous, unless you're going for that rally look. I don't know of anyway to really 'raise' a minivan...
You would have to get like coilovers and fit them to your car, then raise them up. That would make clearance. But yeah, you will have them rubbing if you just throw them on now. A friend got cheap ebay coilovers, and put them on his suabru, raised it up, then threw some bigger tires on. It doesn't take much.
