I've read that alot of you have switched over to 5-40 because of the known turbo leak. Just curious as to what, if any, downsides there are to using this oil. Is there any reason to not use it? The only thing I could think of is maybe letting it warm up a little longer before driving, especially in the winter?(or maybe im wrong on that?)

Going to a heavier weight may decrease your mileage a little.

You are right in that you would need to allow it to warm up a little bit longer. You may also find that in freezing temperatures your car has a little harder time turning over at first. If you've got a good battery it shouldn't be a problem.
