no if you do it yourself.

and yes if you decide to get the wheels PowderCoated.

Funny that you ask this, me and my friends just painted my rims today, it's a nice metallic black, looks sick. It's simple, sand the rim down, 2 coats of primer, 3 coats of paint, then 3 coats of clear. I did that all with one can of each

omgsh are you serious? i went thru 2 cans of paint and 1 can of clear.

i did like ALOT of VERY light layers and took me hours to sand down perfectly.

any pics cherry?
