ok so i have a question regarding new shift knobs. is there a company out there that makes one specifically for our cars using the identical thread like the stock one? i have seen the autoexe or twm online and i like both of them but i am not sure if there really meant for the car. i have had bad experiences with shift knobs in the past cause they all tend to strip off. thanks for the help

yea thats the one i am looking at too..i am liking the looks of it more than the twm ones. when are you planning on receiving it? when you get it find out if it screws onto the stock thread or not. also take some pictures of it in the car so i can see how it looks inside of the speed 6

Well it is in Cali with my car which I won't see for about two more weeks. I did get the shift knob and my TWM SS at my house and the shift knob screwed on no problem. If my brother installs it and sends me pictures I'll post them.

^^That looks great. I love the look of the stock shifter as it matches my leather interior and chrome accents perfectly. That pic is making me reconsider tho... hmmm...

anyone know where i can get a e-brake handle that matches the carbon fiber look of the autoexe shift knob? is this even possible? does the handle come off or something?
I have both. The TWM is heavier and therefore shifts smoother/quicker. The AutoEXE in Silver c/f looks better imho. I prefer the heavier TWM.

I like the TWM shift knobs better as well. Not sure about an e-brake handle, but Redline Goods makes some nice shift and e-brake boots.
