quick intake manifold question, not normal

I am working on porting and polishing up a spare manifold to do a swap. I have a few questions I have not seen answered around here. On the visc(the one you keep), its suggested to loctite these. Red or Blue loctite? On Headbolts/nuts and other nuts and bolts, do i need to use anti seize? Also, when i am removing my vtcs, I took the upper and lower plenum apart. The gasket looks fine, but can i reuse that gasket? Also what are the torque specs on the bolts holding the upper and lower together? Lastly can any one show me a picture of where the egr goes in?

And to make things more fun, here it is after 3/4 of it being polished.
