Does anyone know where I can get Demon Eyes or Angel Eyes for my Mazdaspeed Protege?

for the headlights you would have to do a custom retrofit.. for the fog holes check ebay

yeah headlights you have to make them yourself, or find someone to do it for you.

i don't mean this is a rude way but if you had to ask it is probably out of your league. you can pay someone to do it for you and it might cost around 500 bucks... but if I were you i would go with a projector retrofit instead. looks sick.
