i have a few quesitons about removing both cats. if i remove both, combination of OBX headers with corksport power series exhaust would i still have to do the mil eliminator for the headers? would i have to do it with the exhaust as well? or just neither? is it worth the risk of getting a ticket? can they even check? or is it just an inspection thing?

you would have to do both otherwise you'll throw a CEL.

You would be the one to make the determination on whether if its worth the risk of getting a ticket.

As far as checking and such it all depends on your states inspections it does on cars....

I never have but it doesnt mean they cant and a fine can be involved depending on your state/city/the cop...

I was pulled over for speeding and he mentioned my exhaust being illegal but never went past that...I didnt get a ticket for anything anyways...

Just weld in a universal Hi-flow cat. They are under 100 bucks, keep you legal, and your not being a dick to the environment for an un-noticeable gain.
