Most people with a P5 bumper don't put body kits on. You should put up a thread in the WTB section. You'll get more attention there from anyone that may have one around. Best of luck.

If all else fails, try Jason at http://www.onlinemazdaparts.com I don't think he'll be able to source you a 2001 bumper from overseas though so you may want to try an 02 or 03. ;)
