I'm looking for advice on rotors; what have y'all done with yours? Did you go oem, slotted, cross-drilled, etc. How have they worked out for you; stopping vs. pad wear....
Thanks!

I also have the EBC dimpled and slotted rotors with greenstuff pads. I've had the fronts for about a year now, and just did the rear last week. I love them, the car brakes great.

I had Rotora slotted, too, and loved 'em. Paired with Posi Quiet ceramic brake pads.

Most Ebay ones (a lot of times including big names like Brembo, etc) are drilled by the distributor and not by the manufacturer. I bought a set of these a few years ago for my Probe GT and it warped and cracked them in about 3 months, no lie!! And I don't drive my cars that hard!

Brembo Doesnt drill or slot any of their roters, they have company's that do it for them.

Brembo does drill only or does slot only for their rotors. It's just the MSP doesn't have any.

"Brembo doesn't drill ANY of their OE replacement rotors (except maybe those for Ferraris and whatnot). All of the x-drilled/slotted Brembo rotors that you see are done by someone other than Brembo.

The Stillen rotors use Brembo blanks."

try doing a little research on the company, before you buy them also ask what kind of warranty do they give on there rotors, the product looks good ,but looks can be deceiving

I would NEVER buy anything brake-related off of Ebay.

Hell, I don't think I'll buy anything car related off Ebay ever again, period.

I should think that most of us auto enthusiasts have learned by now that Ebay is the place you go when you want to cheap out on a part. And are BRAKES really the part you want to cheap out on? Yikes.

Go to a trusted vendor, and cough up a lil' more money. It might save your life.

Even with the big brands, I'll never do a drilled rotor again. They're just too fragile for regular-duty daily driving. Slotted is good, but no drilled for me!

drilled is useless these days since the break pad's are made differently. Slotted FTW!
