Once I hit pretty much any boost level it feels like my car just bogs down. Is it possible im hitting fuel cut or is it more likely a vacuum leak I cant find?

get new plugs first... I assume you don't have a boost gauge?

I swear to god its like our cars are in sync with each other. If I spin a rod bearing, I'm gonna be PISSED.

If you guys are getting issues that bad with plugs your waiting way to long to change them.

I know my car can kill plugs quickly so I keep a few sets of used, cleaned and regaped plugs in my tool box. It's just a little insurance to keep the car running healthy. I change the plugs every other oil change. It gives me an opportunity to read the plugs to see how the car is running. You will never have this problem if you do it this way. I've reused the last 3 sets of plugs about 4 times now so it's not expensive. Their still good when I change them out but they do need to be regaped after just a few thousand miles.

yeah, I definitely waited too long, the other part of my problem was that the previous owner put in Bosch +2's... YUCK.

Definately yuck, the way I see it I use japanese plugs for japanese cars, german plugs for german cars and american plugs for american cars. Even though I'm not liking the american plugs very much anymore.

Pick up another set, when a plug starts to wear it really kills the electrode quickly. I haven't had to buy a set of plugs in a while. I just clean and regap them and set them in my tool box. I may need a new set next time but I've been using these sets for about 40k under very heavy boost. Very heavy boost!

Spark plugs didnt end up helping. I was watching my boost gauge and it seems to start right around 2-3 psi. Anyone have any other ideas?.

What RPM is it happening at? Are you able to push through the cut and hit boost?

Ill have to check next time I didn't watch the rpms. I dont usually try to push through it i just let off the gas and start back onto it slowly.

Recheck all your clamps, anything after the MAF.

He's maxing out the MAF at low boost if any boost. He"ll be washing out the cylinders from running to rich and just killing plugs and the O2 sensors. I do hope he figured it out, maybe he just forgot to tell us what fixed it because he's out driving.
