View Full Version : Time to Replace the Spark Plugs! Denso or NGK?

Hey all. I've done a search and I've seen that the split between choosing between the two types of plugs is around 50/50 or so. I'm really stuck on the fence trying to decide which to get and I've got a couple of questions...

I know that the step colder plugs will help eliminate the hesitation I'm seeing when I'm accelerating to highway speeds and I know that the NGKs are one step colder. Are the Denso's the same?

Will I see any sort of power lose when these are installed because I read that as well.

Thanks for the help and sorry about starting yet ANOTHER spark plug thread. :p

Denso ITV22's are the way to go. NGKs are not gapped closely enough to stock to safely be adjusted.

Yeah I was leaning that way. Those will help eliminate the hesitation I'm experiencing?
