CV on its way out? and Corksport exhaust Q

Well heres what I got, car makes a unusual grinding noise when turning left, and when I get on it hard when going straight. It only makes the noise when its under load. The CV shaft has no play in it, and it just doesn't sound like a CV click. Kinda sounds like a ball joint making a noise but they all seem good. The CV does have a tear in the outer boot. Could be loosing to much grease? My wheel bearing was out on the drivers side front so I figured that was it but it wasn't. I can feel good amount of vibration in my feet when it makes the noise also. Any ideas? lol

As for the Corksport question, does that have a bung welded in for the O2 sensor?

Not sure what it is, but this past week i was driving around town and was getting this loud noise and vibration coming from the front end looked over everything, could not find anything broke so i had this idea to check the lug nuts and the driverside lugs were loose. just a idea to check. and no the corksport dose not come with a 02 bung in the pipe, but it dose come with a non fouler plug that you use

Thanks for the reply, I know my lugs are tight because I have had both tires off looking at the CV shafts. Also thanks for the info on the exhaust.

Anyone else got any ideas?
