fog light removal

What's up first time posting and trying to bring something to the table. I've been searching how to replace fog light bulb and have not ran across this yet so if it's been done my bad. This took me less than one minute first time.

Remove bezel from fog light, I pulled from top corner middle of bumper, came right off and reached around the back removed bulb.

I know this seems dumb, but I cannot remove my fog light bulb. I can twist the bulb, however it will not release from the housing. Any tips?
