new gt3071r turbo upgrade

i have multiple modds done to my ride. have to upgrade fuel pump and soon engine work. but other than that, is there anything i should know of that might go wrong or anything i should do or not do while upgrading? whats the most psi of boost can i run before going BOOOM. lol.

turbo manifold with external wastegate. meth injection kit. competition radiator, full guages/dashawk, all new hoses, a really good intercooler, full motor mounts, rear diff, high flow cats or no cats.

well those are the parts id say youd need to do a big turbo with little worries, besides going for forged internals.
