Buy new ones their cheap and you might want to replace the races in the transmission too not good to reuse those parts especially when their cheap. The new welded lsd didn't come with bearings or races? Mine did.

which one are the races

The races are the reverse tapered edges of the bearings. (which are included with the bearing part #G5R0-27-350B)

Either get a bearing separator with a 3-jaw puller/shop press....or use a dremel to cut the bearing off.

I wouldn't.
The bearings tend to shatter when they're worn down, especially if you mix the races.

Unless they have less than 10,000 miles on em, I still wouldn't reuse them.
I've seen reused bearings shred apart a new trans even though they were in good condition.
