I just ordered a 2.5'' SU Test pipe for my MS6, now for the money, i found a 2.5'' catback magnaflow exhaust for $415. however, would it be better to just get an axel back exhaust for now? and finish the mid part later when i have more on the car? because right now i only have a CAI on it.

Personally, I'd get the catback. That is a good price. If you piecemeal the exhaust with different sizes up and down, you will create turbulence in your exhaust gases which could affect driveability.

It doesn't really matter. The stock mazdaspeed 6 catback is not that restrictive. Adding a catback exhaust will give you no to VERY minimal gains. You are essentially paying for a muffler set for a beefier sound.

Depends on your goals. If you want cosmetic (sound) mod than grab your exhaust mod but if you want power / handling there are plenty of other options.

BPV, boost gauge, short shifter / bushings, engine mount. I would grab those if I were in your shoes. Easy, cheap, and removable.

For our cars you want a BPV. The ECU doesn't like any venting of excess boost to atmosphere. Forge makes a nice BPV, some people don't like the ping sound it makes but I think it is neat.
