I was wondering if i upgraded my injectors before the tune will they be delivering too much fuel or more fuel than needed. will the pulse width be the same as the smaller injectors?

the pulse widths would be the same, so yes you would run really rich, the only time you can get away with bigger injectors is if you can tell your ECU or standalone what size the injectors are

thats what i thought. so basically i should wait to get tuned before i put them in?

if you go with something like a split second, you could install a set of 440s and either tune for them right away or download a map from this forum for them.

What about using injectors that are just slightly larger than stock? Like, 320cc or so.. would that still run super rich?

the trouble is sourcing that size injector to clip in, drop in to the rail, etc. i would think you'd still run rich without a tune

you would still run rich, especially at idle

You should install injectors and something to tune with at the same time.

Like everyone else has said, slapping in injectors without a proper tune would be a bad idea. Basically, you would end up flooding out your cylinders with fuel.
