This was professionally media blasted and then painted wrinkle red. It's a pretty deep red color as you can see in the pictures. I think I have a used but good condition valve cover gasket that I'll throw in as well. This valve cover hasn't been on an engine since it was painted.

I think it's pretty close from K&N's I've seen on other cars, this one might be a little darker though.
