So, I'm replacing the pads/rotors this morning, and I noticed the new rear pads look NOTHING like the old ones. I checked, and the part number on the box matches both my sales receipt and Hawk's application guide (which I used to specify the part when ordering from a local performance shop). Lo and behold, it's a completely different part than PG lists for rear pads on their website!
Hawk's p/n: HB436F.535
PG's p/n: HB158F.515
wrong pads on the top, right pads on the bottom.

Doing a p/n lookup on Hawk's website, the brake pads I ordered (the wrong ones) come up as a protege application, and the parts on PG's website come up as a RX-7 applications... WTF
So pissed right now, but luckily I've got the week off from work so it's not a big deal if my car is up on jackstands. Hopefully I can get the right parts here quickly though.
Anywho... I answered my own question while researching for this post, but I figured I'd put it up as a warning to anyone buying pads. Probably best to check with someone who knows their shit, rather than trusting the mfg is going to have the correct applications.
