Just Changed the rear shoes on my 2000 Mazda Protege. How can I make the right adjustment ? I really need to lift my hand brake all the way up to make the car barely stop... Also when driving, I get the same impression as with the finished shoes I had just change. Thank you for your reply.

Follow the 2 cables, if it goes into 1 then there is only 1 adjustment for both. Usually where the ebrake handle is in the console. Now if you have the 1 adjustment, then your right side is out of adjustment.
