Black strip on top of all 4 doors have turned to junk!

How hard is it to replace the black trim piece on the top of the door on the outside? All four of mine look like crap and are in need of replacement bad! Do I need to take off the door panels and get up inside the doors to pop these off? If so, Do I need any special tools to remove the door panels? I have taken off tons of door panels off other cars just not this one. I would just feel better knowing I wasn't going to damage my baby in any way. Thanks.

I have taken mine off before but it was off my totalled car and i never had to put them back on.. as far as taking them off it is just pull and go. putting them on i would imagine they either sell a type of glue to go with the weather seal or there might be a lip that slides under the frame to hold it in place.

to take of the door you just need a big wrench. they're on there very tight so use some force..

edit: ohhhhh the trim piece lol.. my bad

the applicator strips from the factory are high. u can go to anypalce the sells automotive paint and by the trim blac and paint them. i did the driver side on mine but havent done the passenger side yet.
