What's up fellow 'speed fanatics....been on the board a while just learning in the background and pickup up some ideas for where I want to take my machine. Currently have a blue 'speed with 50K and completely stock. My brother has an Evo, and my friend an S2000. I have to be honest, I think our car hangs with those. I know it is definetly down on power and will go down in a straight line race, but this car is not about the power. My friend in the S2000 still can't get over the steering and balance of the car.

Anyways, let me get to the point. I have been searching and cant seem to get a straight answer.

What are the stock Racing Hart wheel specs? I have already tried searching many time.

1.) Weight and size of each wheel.
2.) Offset - what is stock spec. How does the offset affect where the tire sits in the wheelwell?
3.) Can a 255/45-17 inch tire be mounted without major isses?
4.) Are 5mm or 10 mm spacers kosher to use?

Looking to pick an extra set of rims with some high performance rubber for April - November.

Thanks in advance for all the expertise.

you will not fit a 255 tire without major issues, maybe 225,
Stock weight is about 23lb per rim. 17x7 and 4* offest, i think 42.

Actually I believe the stock offset is +55.

Yeah, I meant 225...because the stock is 215 tire. Anyone have some official specs on the offset for those racing harts? And does a greater offset (+55 vs. +45) place the wheel more towards the curb or more in towards the vehicle. Thanks.

Stock offset is +55. Any number lower than that moves the wheel further towards the curb. I'm running a 17x7.5 +45 with a 225/45r17. Had to roll the rear fenders because I'm lowered but if I was stock height they would have been perfect.
