Any Cobb AP will work?

Will any Cobb AP work for this car. Say I buy it from a subbie/evo forum can you reprogram it to work with our car or does it have to be a MS3 specific Cobb AP?

you need the one for the ms3. its ap-mz-02 or something like that.

Bummer, cause under a quick google search for cobb ap for sale, I find a bunch under the subbie forums at good prices, not so much for the ms3.

The MS6 AP has the same part number of the AP-MZ-002. So you might have luck on other forums for the 6?
