Hey, first post here and I am NOT even an amature mechanic...
I just bought my 07 MS3 and it has the MS CAI but is otherwise stock. I'm looking into getting the Cobb AP but want to know:
1. Will there be any issues with reliability with my set up?
2. Do you guys think the difference in performance would be worth it?
3. What differences can I expect to feel in my car's performance? (I'm a total newb (confused))
I am not so good at working on cars and this seems like an easy upgrade. I don't enjoy the $700 price tag but consider it worth it if I don't have to pay for labor.
Thanks!

You'll love it.
A nice boost to the butt dyno.
The AP has specific maps for your intake -- so no reliability concerns.

I felt a HUGE increase in performance. I currently only have the MSCAI and the COBB AP. Do you have access to 93 octane, if so the V1.03 93oct map is very powerful.
You can see my logs here from stock to just MSCAI to both MSCAI & COBB AP. My boost is up from like 13 to 14 psi to 19 psi and my AFR went from 10 to 11 to 12.

The only problem I have is that I still get a little hesitation at part throttle. It seems a lot of people with stage 1 maps get this.
Log with stock map (no mods)

Log with MSCAI as SRI (Cobb AP stage 1 MSCAI V1.03 93 octane)

Well I will be ordering mine this week... any ideas where the best place to order one would be? I sure hope I can feel a pretty good difference. I had to do a lot of convincing my wife how much better the car will run!
