I beg of you all, please provide me with information into replacing my blown tweeters, all the highs are coming from the back of the car, nothing in front, quality is really suffering without the front tweeters.

anything weird about the wiring? is there a stock crossover somewhere that needs to be bypassed?

nope, mazda is not that interested in audio.
the wires came right from the speaker wire....
my infinity components came with a crossover that separated the signals

i know it was a giant pain in the ass on my corolla, and one of em never fit right after I was done.... there were like 25 plastic pop fittings back there and some of em were stubborn as all hell. When I pick up a component set I'll let you know.

I installed an Alpine Type S component system in mine. the tweeters fit with minor trimming and it came w/ crossovers....I can also get any of the door panels off in minutes, front or rear lol
Between installing new speakers and installing a passenger side door lock I've taken those things off more than I would have liked to lol
