with the yellow, i'd go rx8. for some reason the Racing Harts just don't look that great on it.

are rims repairable? like did you powder coat them? or you just run with them rashed up?

I've seen 03.5s sell lightly rashed for 300 plus shipping. Sometimes more. And the sell quickly.

rims are repairable. finding somebody that can do it...now that's the trick.

i love the look of the rx8's... there are 3 or 4 msps running em (mostly titaniums I've noticed)... i got mz3 rims because I didn't wanna dish out for the rx8's, and don't particularly care to run such a thin tire and risk bending em on the shitty local roads.. its a preference.. like anything.. you don't need the forums to make up your mind for you... lol

i know... but i stuck either way. I dont know what i like better. Im also a little worried about the RX8 being 18s. They might make the ride less comfortable. Also the thin tires i will need to run is going to be a bit scary in Quebec lol.

Last week i was pumped for RX8s... now im leaning more to running the RHs rashed... i dont know.

as long as you've got a set of winter tires, I say go for it... if the shorter tire is making you uncomfortable, probably best to stay on a 17 though.

sometimes it's a good idea to get other opinions though. for a while i thought yellow calipers on my laser blue msp would look interesting...what a horrible idea that was. gladly i didn't paint them and instead got opinions on here first.
