2.5 inch compared to 3.

I am currently looking into exhaust systems and have found many different things. However I cannot decide whether i should get the 2.5" or the 3, cause i have heard somethings that the 3 does give some back pressure, and the 2.5 is very nice as well. Also, I am ordering the SU Test Pipe today, so this relates to the size of that as well. feedback would be nice :D

With a 3" you'll likely get more in-cabin drone than with a 2.5" and I can't see there being any difference in performance.

Get the 2.5 unless your going to upgrade downpipes. Some say the 3 inch TP with the stock DP creates air turbulance and some say thats BS. Regardless you won't see any gain in power if you go with the 3 inch over the 2.5 so I would get the 2.5.

yea thats true but wat exhaust is louder..say i was to get magnaflow would 3 be louder or 2.5?

They would probably be very similar if not identical sounding.

Magnaflow is only available in 2.5".
