Does anyne know how to properly adjust a rear strut tower brace? I searched and searched and all the new info I could find said tighten the bar with the rear in the air. Makes sense to take the load of the struts but do you tighten the bar so that it pulls or pushes the top of the struts? Any info would be helpful. I'm a soon to be owner of a '03 P5 white 5spd and my old car is a 94 ford probe so I think I will use the strut bar from the probe or maybe get a new one they're cheap enough on ebay. thanks for the help.

Just adjust it out where it's nice & snug while back is up in the air. No need to push towers out any & you don't wanna pull in on them because that defeats the purpose of the rr stb which is to keep the towers from pushing in. Then just let car down.
