Anyone know of an aftermarket replacement? They seem to scratch very easily. The ones along the center console are already getting destroyed from the seat belt latch. I was thinking of replacing them. I have seen dash kits but nothing about these pieces.

The pieces on the door handles have been deemed defective by Mazda. A TSB was issued to replace them free of charge. I have not heard about the center console piece. Mine look fine after almost a year of use.

Does it replace them with more durable ones?

yes. No scratches in the last 8 or so months. They were disasters after a few weeks with the original defective parts.

It's free since it's a TSB.

I just don't get this. Mazda agreed to replaced only 4 door handles yet the center console is still made out of the same material. My center is all beat up and scratch up?!

Is there a link to the TSB?

All of the known TSB's are listed there.

Not true.

The transmission temp control module TSB and several others are not listed.

It's a pretty good compilation, but in no way is it complete.
