is this the 2g dsm bov that everyone talks about and says that this is a good product to get to replace our stock one..

is this true?

That is an adapter for a 2g DSM to use a real bov on it. 2g DSM bov's suck. Its a 1g DSM bov that I think you want/are looking for.
The 1g bov's are metal, the 2gs are plastic and not flanged.
