Hello from Brooklyn.
Just got an 09 Speed3 GT last weekend.

Around what should be the speed of the car at 3000 RPM in 6th gear, assuming a flat highway?

I was driving in Manhattan and ran over a steel plate, and the car jerked over to the right side. I think the tire pressure is a little low because of that. And also I started hearing a loud screeching noise while turning at low speed, but it went away after another day of driving.

6th gear 3k rpm should be just over 70mph I believe

Congratulations on the new car. 3k in 6th is about 75ish for me.
