Rain defeltors on the window FLT, i know how awesome they are but man they just dont flow well with our car.

Kind of random question but, how long have you been running the stock turbo at 19psi ? That's kind of pushing your luck. You should check out Garretts website, and look at the efficiency island graphs for our turbo.

19 psi is possible with stock turbo. jdmsam runs 18 on stock turbo.

Yeah, read his mod list and he has a built motor, he can run it.

Wow, I just never heard of anyone running that much psi on this turbo, so I did not think it was capable of it. I'm going to have to read up on jdmsam's thread. That's awesome though...

I wouldn't recommend it though, I would say either a GT28, or a GT25 with the internals of a 28 at least.

i have a friends who gets stock subaru and other turbos who concerts the wheel to diffrent sizeings

I'd say running a turbo meant for 14psi at 19 instead consistently, isn't the best idea. That's very close to the "choke line" for this turbo. But I hear yea, boost is addictive.

I'm not sure if you have already and I'm by far no pro. From what I read the stock turbo blows hot air after 16 psi. It looks like you have a massive core to cool it but it still might be something to look into.

yep. not a big deal. he should consider a different turbo though.. like a 28 or something on those lines.

It doesn't matter that the FMIC is so big, I have a Perrin FMIC, plenty big but that's not the concern here. It's the fact that a gt25 shouldn't be ran at 19psi consistently. It's so far out of it's efficiency range. I guess it doesn't matter since he said he's just gonna buy a gt30 anyways...just my OCD $.02. I'll make 300hp at 20psi, doesn't mean it's good for the turbo though.
