Well, I did it. I made the dive a picked up a Forge Motorsport Bypass Valve. All of the reviews I read say its great so lets see what happens. I'll let you know how it "feels."

You won't be disappointed. Had one on my wife's CX7 and she/I loved it.

nice.. i want something with a little more previous experience in the field like greddy, but i am interested on how that one works.keep us updated i might just make that purchase aswell

Just did it, reset the ECU and took it for a drive. Everyone is right, there is better throttle response and no wavering in power at highway speeds. It is barely audible when I drive it so the way my wife drives it, I'm sure she will never hear it. Now all I have to do is reset the windows. Install was simple and easily switched back for dealer visits should I be so inclined to swap. Oh, and I went w/ the blue spring by itself.

Use the blue spring.
I have mine for over a year.
I have had no issues and love the sounds...
She will hear it if you have a CAI like I do! LOL...

Yeah, she won't let me play with it since it's 'her' car. Its all good, I have my Z to play with.
