Has anyone got this to hook up on a 64bit vista machine. I cannot even launch the software. Same with the cobb tunner.
The cobb does not bother me but i would like to take my xps along with me to the strip and monitor the data.

And while i have this up here is my setup

I was having trouble getting a Vista computer to recognize the dashhawk, but I'm not positive it was 64-bit. it most likely wasn't.

I got it to work by going into the directory under Program Files where the main Dashhawk program is located, right clicking on the .exe file, and selecting "Run Program As Administrator". It was something along those lines, but I'm not on a Windows computer right now.

I was finally able to get it to run in the 32bit vista by running it in compatibility mode for xp service pack 2 and launching as the administrator (even tho I'm logged in as the admin) but I havent heard of any luck with the 64 bit vista. Vista in general sucks so good luck.

You won't be able to get it to work with Vistax64. Best bet is VirtualPC, VMware, or something to that effect.

AutoEuphoria, have you looked at the Michigan subforums?

Stop in and say hi! There's never a dull moment (especially in the random thread)

Back on topic:

I posted a request for more info on the DH forums a few weeks back, and they still haven't replied. Right now I think all product updates for the DH are toast, and the drivers are unsigned, which screws everyone from using 64 bit versions (as well as 32 bit, but it can be overcome).

yeah MSD pulled the plug on the dashhawk a few months ago.

Yeah, they fired their support team, and as of late haven't replaced them yet. Kinda sucks that we've got no support or potential for new upgrades.
