Edge Racing is out of business

Just an FYI, since Edge Racing was mentioned in another thread about wheels... I had noticed that their web site seemed to be down, so I did a Google search. Found a few forum posts claiming they were out of business. Did a more refined search & found confirmation from Per Schroeder, Tech Editor at Grassroots Motorsports magazine that Edge Racing has indeed gone under. Per is a straight shooter, so if he says it's so, I have no reason to question it.

No word on whether or not Edge is still filling any outstanding orders. Anyone here waiting on product from them?

I read a while back that they were shipping anything that they had in stock but if it was on order then they just canceled it.

When I was shopping wheels, I went over to them to see what they had in stock (they are local to me). They were pretty bare bones at that point and only seemed to have a few styles and sizes in stock. I thought it was odd at the time, but I guess that makes sense now...

Had a feeling something was up when their website wouldn't load. Ordered a set of wheels from them for my Si hatch some time ago. They had great prices...damn.

Man...what a bummer. They were my source for price-matching whenever I purchased tires from my local Discount tire.
