Well I am looking at buying Luminics Titanium White fogs but one question? These bulbs are 55w, will this melt or short anything? I see that they offer a wire harness, should I get that as well?

Thanks for any help!!!!!

I've had three pair of luminics jdm yellows! they keep going out WTF!(argh)
Melted one of my harnesses! Now I don't know what to do. I may get the heavy-duty harness and see if that fixes the problem. I don't understand why the speed 3 hates luminics bulbs???

Because it wasn't designed for that much power. Power (watts) = heat. Heat melts things. More power requires more amps in the wires. If the wires are not designed for that many amps, they get hot. Again, heat melts things. Stick to the design limits, and you will be fine.

The problem is I can't find decent 9006 bulbs that are 51w! everything that i find is 55w or higher. Damn mazda for using 51 watt bulbs and skinny wires!!

Haha my bad I thought they were talking about 55w hids in the fogs.

But really you can get 35w plug and play kits starting from 40 bucks http://www.ddmtuning.com/hidkihidbuhi.html

Which is cheaper than some of those luminics bulbs.
