Does anyone have this installed or know where it goes, I was thinking that it goes on the rear strut tower bracket.

That thing is a total waste of money (ESPECIALLY on a street car).
The C1 chassis already exhibits excellent (class leading) torsional rigidity, and putting a bar there isn't likely going to make enough difference for it to even be worth the weight gain...
...and FYI, the Mazda 3 doesn't have rear strut towers, which is another reason that such a bar is a waste of money on these cars...

w00t... more naysayers who say this and that is not needed!
you can NEVER have enough chassis bracing, and what is done from the factory is never enough! it's never that good because of cost reasons and in order to pass crash safety through energy absorption through metal deformation
I installed mine and before when I jacked up the front, the back end will only go up a few inches... now with it installed, I can have the front jacked up and the back end is basically as high as the front
yeah it doesn't make any difference

I call B.S.
Pics or it didn't happen. :p
Look, if you guys want to go around adding unnecessary weight to your cars, be my guest. I just refuse to believe that that bar, placed as it is, contributes enough added torsional rigidity to the unibody/subframe to justify its cost or added weight.
At the very least you could show me some engineering flavored math-based calculations that justify its use.
It looks pretty. I'll give you that.
