Thats actually the 2010 version not the 09. The 09's are already out.

Inflation raised the price of '09s, yeah.
But this won't affect the value of our generation, I don't think.
The Caliber SRT4 sucking and selling absolutely terribly, being either excluded from every comparison test it could be in, or simply finishing dead last when it manages to get into one has not increased the value of the Neon SRT-4 as far as I've seen.
If either car (1st gen MS3's and SRT-4's) has an increase in value, we won't see it for a good while.
The economy simply won't allow for niche cars to sell at a higher price, even if the new one sucks (I like it).

Don't like the styling at all, but, if you look carefully at the dash pictures on that link, it appears that in between the rpm and mph is a digital turbo gauge, thats pretty awesome.

Yeah that is the 2010 model as others have stated, and it is one of the ugliest cars I have ever seen. LOL
