Ordering Apexcone HIDs

So, I've got some cash to spare and am getting Apexcone/DDM HIDs. The question now is standard, slims, or the Raptors. I am leaning towards the standards, I dont really see the point of paying the extra 15% for the slims, but if I get the Raptors I can afford 2 kits, one for the heads and one for the fogs. Anyone have the Raptors and can comment? Or should I stick with the standards on the You Get What You Pay For premise?

I picked up the DDM slim kits from dabears2k.com for a pretty reasonable price and have loved them since day one! Just fyi

Think Im goona go with the raptors. Saw on Xenon Expert page that they use the raptor brand for the DDE/Angel Eyes kits. Cant be that bad if they trust em enough to put in a bimmer. http://xenonexpert.com/ddekits.html

I chickened out at the last second and got the standard full size in 8000K for the headlights after spending 2 flippen hours yanking those silly inserts from the foglights. I decided I didnt need to shed any more blood on my undercarriage for a while. If the heads work out ok, Ill get a second set for the fogs later. really wanna save up for a forge or RKM bpv and mscai.

Its about a half billion times easier and faster to remove your front bumper for head/fog light installs.
