Well I just hit 13k miles and I only have a few thousand miles left on my stock tires.... I need some advice on what kind of new tires to get.

I don't want to spend like 700 dollars, but I would like some decently sticking and long lasting daily driver tires... All recommendations appreciated !

I really like the falkens i have now.

I was looking at yokohama s.drives, but they were slightly out of my price range.

Can you get by with a summer only tire where you're at or are you looking for a ultra high performance all-season?

Im in southern Arizona here (sierra Vista) so yeah... Theres flash floods during monsoon season, but I live about 2 miles from my work so no biggie. A summer only is definately a possibility

I used to live in gilbert AZ, and aside from the hellish temperatures in AZ the climates are relatively the same. (2 seasons hot and cold), and when it rains, it RAINS.

youll do fine with a Ultra high performance summer tire.

I say look into the Kumho XS or Dunlop Star Specs. I've seen the Kumho's go for $136 for the stock tire size, the Dunlops are more around $170.
