View Full Version : Disable DRLs on Mazdaspeed3?

So I did some searching and was basically told that I would just have to remove the DRL relay under the hood to disable my DRLs. Well this worked, however now whenever my highbeams are on, only one light is on.
It is NOT the bulb, because once I put the relay back in, the highbeams both work. I have a CDN MS3, so my highbeams act as the DRLs, but I have the independent foglight mod done, and angel eyes, so I would really like to disable the DRLs.
Thanks!

Well, seeing as how the US MS3s don't have DRLs, hopefully another Canadian can give you a good answer. Sounds like you may need to jump some terminals in the area where that removed relay sits, but I don't know for sure...

That's what I was thinking as well. I'll have to pull out the multimeter when I get home.
Replace the DRLs with DSLs.
