Help on putting on new fuel pump

So, does anyone know how to do it?

You aren't clear if you're removing the old one and replacing with a new one or removing the old one and changing just the internals (as I and many have done = cheaper) ... if it's the latter, the attached is the best set of instructions I've seen.
