AFAIK, this is the first pic's from a buyer? A little goodie from an unmentionable company in Florida... Probably going to install it Thursday or Friday.

Ask and ye shall receive...
We're all pretty familiar with the first two.

Problem to address with vendor, back tube has a nasty little crumple in it. Might be as easy as trimming the hose some, just not going to do that on $90 tubes without some direction from them. It's sum-bitch to get around the TMIC inlet too.
EDIT Talked to vendor, the crumple is normal for this, they are going to try to redo the pipe in the future.

I've only been about 4 miles since installing the parts, so I don't have any impressions yet. Funny how everything makes a new noise though! CAI = whooosh, PUH. Mounts = vibe's and shifter noise. BPV = banging a tin can sound (kind of a "tink")
I'll take it for a little road trip this weekend and see how it goes. Install was pretty easy, some of the hose clamps are a bitch to get to in the factory location. Other than the tube there are no fitment issues. This sucker is a lot bigger and heavier than the stocker!
** UPDATE 3/4/09 **
The collapsed rear SU boost tube never really set well with me, I tried to modify the SU tube and ended up messing it up.. So, I ordered a set of OBXRacing tubes from Darkstar (see vendor reviews to see how that went) mostly because they are cheaper. I think they are a better set, or at least the rear one is since that's the only one I used. It's longer on both ends and does require some trimming to fit, but it's also a lot thicker than the SU tube and didn't collapse. They also included T-clamps instead of the regular clamps, they do work better too.
On the down side, the front right TMIC mount broke at one of the bends. That really sucks.

do boost tubes actually make a difference??? Its just a tube . . .
scatt nasty

boost tubes aren't really that necessary. The silicone of course keeps the air cooler, but I think you would have better results replacing the stock clamps with some T-clamps to prevent any leaks whatsoever.

Allegedly they aren't supposed to expand under pressure like regular ones do. I can't really say either way, sounds good in theory.

looks nice...keep us posted with the results!
No issues with clearing the firewall like the ETS?

I dont think the SU TMIC is a 3.5 core.

Nope, not that I have noticed.

This'll teach me to look more carefully. When I saw the first pic, I thought Forge had come out with an IC for us.

Nope just SU, ETS, and autoexe. Speaking of which anyone know what the 1500 dollar autoexe top mount is ?? Never seen a post or review about it. What exactly is it to make it cost so much.

the name stamped on it.
the name stamped on it.
Performance-wise, probably, but if you've ever seen the AutoExe TMIC up close compared to the cheaper competition, the difference in quality is obvious.

You know, they don't say and I didn't measure it...
*EDIT* Found in another thread/forum... it's a 3.25 inch

From the picture the autoexe TMIC looks like a masterpiece. 1500 bucks though . . . pretty welds and clean cuts look nice but its not going to give you any extra significant power.

when you up the boost and blow the welds you will. iv seen intercooler welds on high horsepower, so clearly if ur building a high horsepower car i can see spending 1500 on it, otherwise stay away.

Well that happens from poorly welded materials. Just because something doesn't look "clean" doesn't mean its welded poorly. I see your point though and no doubt the autoexe looks like it costs 1500 bucks :).
