Last week I started the car at -22° and dropped to -24° on my way to work. My car had the worst noise I have ever heard when I started it up.
I installed my HKS turbo timer earlier in the week when I saw on the weather that it was getting cold later that week. I was too excited to install it anyway because on the instruction manual it said that the operating specifications for the TT was a minimum on -4°. It seemed to work fine during those temps though.

Probably has more to do with the LCD screen than anything.

im suprised the kid who took it didnt need to amputate any limbs.
it reminds me of that movie "the day after tomorrow."
i havent had any real problems starting my car in the -20's cold weather. just sounds like the car chugs a little slower then it fires right up. idles high but then normalizes within a few minutes....esp after driving even down the street. the only noises i get is the "bushings squeek." and me complaining how f-in cold outside it is.
