I have some stock 18 inch rims and i was curious if there a wheel shop that can put some lips or dish onto the stock rims or am i just dreaming that this is possible? i am from the bay area, ca.

sorry, we just sell wheels, we dont work on them

I dont think that is a good idea, it would cost you way more than just purchasing a set of wheels and it wouldn't be as strong as a set of wheels purchased.
