Yea I need to free up some money to get an inlet. Fast.
PS What intake do you have? Looks like the mazdaspeed, but just so everyone knows what fits and all.

I'm still holding out for Cobb's. Hopefully, they'll come through by the end of the month.

thnx matt. i like the powder coat w/red coupling cause it matches the car as well as everything else in the engine bay.
install is somewhat of a PITA, but no regrets.

i honestly dont know if it gave me any gains, but one thing i do know is that it pulls alot harder. sound is amazing. spool is crazy and bov breaths alot easier.
install was a PITA cause i had no instructions. haha. once u remove the battery and the plastic holder for the battery, it gets alil easier.
also the oem clamps... i swear, sometimes they're position in a way where u know mazda didnt want u to be able to get to them.
reinstall is always alil easier cause u now know how everything goes, and position the clamps to ur liking. hope this was helpful.

haha. let me be more specific. i havent dyno'd my car. so i cant say for a fact that it gave me any increase in horsepower.
but i do feel in difference when driving after i installed the inlet.
