Originally I tried to tune my p5 ecu with the split second but could not get it to work pass 3 psi. My mechanic reset the split second and i drove my car with the p5 ecu but did not go into boost for fear of it blowing up. I now have a msp ecu i installed it and now my car is acting all crazy on me. First it started revving on its own and revved so high that the needle started bouncing. I cut it off and tried to start it again and the same results. Now my car runs but sounds like it wants to stall and while at idle now my AEM wideband flat lines. If i even touch the gas it pegs rich. Anybody have any ideas i have searched and havent come across this problem yet. thanks in advance

my recommendation would be to use the msp ecu if you plan to piggyback or flash. otherwise, go stand-alone.

yea thats i am currently using and m car still went haywire on me. I just got the ecu from pg and put it in and started the car pulled fine in boost read 10.0 the AF gauge then i got of the highway and the engine tried to rev itself to death while i was in neutral and now the af gauge in idle flatlines. this is all with the msp ecu

I didnt hook up my split sec so i wouldnt have any clue as to what i am looking for. I am sure i can figure it out tho even if the split sec was left alone it would still make my car rev on its own? ahh this car is a pain

figured it out the hose from my intake piping came off i guess it caused my af gauge to read all crazy which makes sense. I guess this also caused my engine to rev when it popped off i am going to drive around today and see if that did it. thans for the help
